Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Approv Now mobile application ("Service") operated by Approv Now ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Approv Now is a mobile approval workflow application that allows users to create templates, manage approval requests, and collaborate with team members within workspaces.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Approv Now offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Limited features at no cost.
- Starter Plan: Available as monthly or annual subscription with expanded features.
- Pro Plan: Available as monthly or annual subscription with full features.
Payment and billing terms:
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including templates, approval requests, and workspace data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Approv Now and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approv Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
